The general terms and conditions of the janinasdragonfly.com website are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1), the Electronic Market Act (ZEPT) and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1). .

Janina’s Dragonfly online store is an information system intended for the presentation of the accommodation facility and the submission of reservations.

Buyer or the user is bound by the general conditions that are valid at the time of placing the online order. Even before submitting the reservation, the user is warned about the general business conditions, which he must confirm and agree to. The general conditions are an integral and inseparable part of the sales contract.

Availability of information

The provider undertakes to always provide the buyer with the following information before concluding the contract or before being bound by the offer:

  • Company identity (name and registered office of the company, registration number, tax numbers, information on whether it is liable for VAT, transaction account).
  • Contact addresses (e-mail, telephone).
  • Essential characteristics of the accommodation facility.
  • Availability of the accommodation facility.
  • Payment and other conditions of stay in the accommodation facility.
  • The final price of the accommodation with all possible additional costs.
  • The method of payment and the validity period of this information (if it is time-limited).
  • The deadline during which it is possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal (description of the right to withdraw in accordance with Article 43 of the ZVPot; in cases where the consumer does not have the right to withdraw in accordance with Article 43 of the ZVPot, he is expressly informed of this) .

Booking process

The booking process differs depending on what device you make it on.

Computers and laptops:

At the bottom of the screen is a form where you select the desired check-in date and the desired check-out date. Without confirming the dates, the system itself provides information about the availability of the selected dates for booking. If you agree with the appointment, click the “Check availability” button.

You will be redirected to the booking completion page, where you can easily follow the form and fill in the information and choose the preferred method of paying the advance payment (50%). When you are satisfied with the input, click “Confirm reservation”.

You will receive a confirmation of the reservation to the e-mail address provided, and within 48 hours after submitting the reservation, we will contact you again at your e-mail address to obtain any additional information and additional confirmation of the reservation.

The only difference is that instead of a form at the bottom of the screen there is only a button which you have to click to get to a page where you can use the same form.

Issuance of an invoice

You will receive an invoice for your stay at Janina’s Dragonfly upon final payment of the reservation (no later than 7 days before the start of your stay).

Cancellation of reservation

You can cancel the reservation at any time with a written explanation atjanina@janinasdragonfly.com. In case of cancellation 7 days or less before the start of the stay, the advance payment is not refundable.

In case of cancellation more than 7 days before the start of the stay, the prepaid amount will be fully refunded.
